Wait until the last bomb blasts,
I'm lost again, I watch the sky,
Ruins and ashes, all apart,
Here nothing lives after a pass.
Wrecked engines, of buses and cars,
Buildings, trees, ... all carbonized ...
In smoke I hide, and by my side,
Two rats fight for the cranium of a child.
Hopefully I'm still alive,
Each day I write, I'm payed for that,
I note all I see, invent what I don't,
I distract the world, between TV ads.
Journalists never interact,
My rule: remain neutral,
I make no change, I help no one,
I'm not here for this, strictly professionnal.
Never mind on who decides,
The only thing is to survive,
In this roman circus, on a world scale,
The times changed, but not the men.
All they say can't change the fact
That they need blood, and sacrifice
Curiosity, morbid, insane,
Has no limit, in human race...
Here there’s no bridge, no church, no hole,
To hide, to wait, die or pray
Acid rains burn your hands, burn your face,
Disorder your brain, disorder your senses.
Strange disease has appeared,
We know they use forbidden chemical weapons
Some shapes move under rags,
Some are lost, they're not human anymore.
Here's hell, no hope, no rest,
So many shadows, and you, alone
It's our jail, no way to escape,
The sky is a lie, in a coal mine.
See me now, oh, see me now
I have no chance, to survive today,
Help me now, oh save me now,
I don't want to end in their flames
Wait until the last man dies,
It's cold again, and there's no light,
Ruins and ashes, all around,
Nothing resists, to their bombs,
All they say can't change the fact
That they need blood, and sacrifice
Curiosity, morbid, insane,
Has no limit, in human race...
CYANHIDE firstly released 3 albums : Early Projects (1998), Cairns (2000) et Dancefloor (2003)). We did everything alone
(self-production), but because of this too huge work, we surrendered for some years, and stopped. Slowly, some new titles were designed until we decided to release them on a brand new album : Propaganda. Since 2018, we are preparing new concerts, and the story continues......more
